We stock over 1,000 units of equipment and thousands of parts.
If I need a refrigeration unit, will you have it in stock?

Yes! We are one of the largest suppliers of equipment to multi-unit chains, retail and grocery accounts. Please contact us to learn more about our multi-unit discount rates.
How do I know what ice machine I need?

Do you have someone of staff that can come to my facility and help me determine what equipment I need for my back-of-the-house?
Yes! We have qualified Sales Reps with years of food service and equipment experience to assist you.
Do you deliver parts?
While we don’t offer a delivery service, we do ship parts orders daily via UPS. The cut off time for a same day shipment is 3pm. You may also stop by one of our two locations to pick up your parts at Will Call.
Do you charge for freight for warranty parts?
Yes. The factory does not cover shipping for warranty parts. When parts are returned you will get credit for the parts but not for the freight.
Do you stock True compressors and condensing units?
We stock commonly used compressors and condensing units per the factory guidelines. If we don’t have it, then we can get it to you in a timely manner if it is in stock at the factory.
Do you offer over-the-counter warranty
If the unit is not under warranty and you order a part, there is an over-the-counter warranty which varies among manufacturers.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. There are Parts Specialists here at 7:30am who will help walk-in customers, but the phones are not turned over until 8am for phone orders.
Do you deliver parts on Saturdays?
Saturday UPS delivery can be arranged but the freight cost does go up and would be covered by the customer.
