Norm’s History

Since 1957, Norm’s Refrigeration & Ice Equipment (NRI Equipment) has provided California with excellence as a wholesale distributor of food service equipment and a service company. Norm’s has grown from a two-man service company to the leader in distribution and refrigeration service.

Tim Devine, General Manager, adds over 30 years of sales and management experience with Norm’s.

Today Norm’s has a location in Anaheim, CA, which includes over 40,000 sq.ft. of warehousing equipment.

Norm’s also continues to be a leader in Service and Warranty for the products they represent. A field service fleet of 10 service trucks with professional technicians covers refrigeration service in the Los Angeles and Orange County Region of Southern California. Many customers have been calling on Norm’s service for 58 years! Originally starting with ice makers, today they service refrigeration systems—from walk-in coolers to a self-contained refrigeration system. No job is too big or too small for the techs. (The EPA certified technicians are approved for R-290 equipment and trained on all new regulations for the future of refrigeration including True’s Hydrocarbon systems.)
