Since 1957, Norm’s Refrigeration has been a major repair and service maintenance company for refrigeration equipment in the food industry. In Southern California, we have 10 service trucks with factory-trained and authorized technicians. Norm’s provides the best repair and maintenance service for the equipment that we sell to our commercial customers. To assist you, we can make referrals for installation and work outside of our Southern California region

Service

Our Service technicians pride themselves on professional workmanship as well as maintaining all updates on equipment. Also, Norm’s certified technicians regularly attend classes held by the manufacturers such as Ice-O-Matic and True. We know that our clients depend on the updated knowledge and skills of Norm’s techs. We stand behind our work and we offer a 30-day Labor Warranty on our services.

Norm’s Service Department has stocked trucks to provide you fast and efficient service. Our trucks are equipped with GPS navigation so we can get the closest technician to you when you need it. In addition, every tech is provided with a smart technology pad so they know your history and past service issues. We can pinpoint actual time on the job so you can be confident that we monitor time and efficiency of your work.

Preventive Maintenance

Norm’s provides maintenance programs for refrigeration and ice makers. We can offer a program to meet your needs—bi-monthly and quarterly cleaning or factory recommend preventative maintenance. Maintenance programs cover the labor needed to maintain and keep your equipment running at peak efficiency. The better it’s maintained, the longer it performs. Work is completed during standard hours 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday excluding holidays. (Parts are not covered.)
