Did You Know Norm’s Refrigeration & Ice carries Nu-Calgon cleaning solutions for nickel plated ice machines? Ice-O-Matic ice machines require nickel-safe cleaning products for best results on their evaporators. These solutions won’t harm the ice machine while removing an possible mineral buildup and scale from the evaporator and other components. Application by trained professionals is highly recommended. Several of our ice machine and cleaning products available at Norm’s include:
Nu-Calgon Nickel-Safe Ice Machine Cleaner (For use on ice machines with a Nickel-plated evaporator.)
Nu-Calgon IMS-II Sanitizing Concentrate (For use on hard, non-porous inanimate surfaces in restaurant environments.)
