Market Position

Norm’s Refrigeration and Ice Equipment Inc. is a wholesale distributor of Commercial ice machines, refrigeration equipment, and filtration systems. We sell this equipment to the food and beverage industry trade. Our customers are limited to:

Restaurant Equipment Dealers

Refrigeration contractors

Chain accounts.

OUR INTENTION IS NOT TO SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC. Our purpose is to maintain the integrity of our wholesale market, and protecting our customers and their business models.
We will not undermine our customers’ sales efforts, and we will not compete with them. We are focused on long-term relationships with our repeat customers, and understand that the true value of distribution is: Stocking, selling at a competitive wholesale price, and supporting the equipment we represent.

Our online catalog guide was put together as a quick reference for our trade partners. It does not represent all of what we sell, but attempts to consolidate our offering. Because prices are continually changing, we intentionally eliminated them from this guide. Price lists are available upon request.
